There is no direct formula to translate cc's in to hp. It depends on the engine.. Meaning the type--
- gas or diesel
-2 stroke or 4 stroke
- degrees of timing
- VE (volumetric efficiency)
all of these are variables you did not include, but looking over some old stuff I have, it looks like most of the engines ive seen are between 7 and 9 hp.
