You cannot buy or import monkeys in austrlalia. It is illegal and if some one is trying to sell you one you should report it to the RSPCA  OR DEPT OF AUSTRALIAN QUARANTINE (AQIS) OR DEPT OF ENVIROMENT/SUSTAINABILITY AND IT IS PROBABLY A SCAM!!!!

You can't. As far as I'm aware you can only have "non-threatened Australian" animals unless your a zoo. Of course there are a few exceptions but not many. Most need a license too but their easy to get.
