Nile crocodiles have the strongest bite force. The crocodile's bite force is more than 5,000 pounds per square inch (340 atm), compared to just 335 pounds per square inch (22.8 atm) for a rottweiler, 400 pounds per square inch (27 atm) for a large great white shark, or 800 pounds per square inch (54 atm) to 1,000 pounds per square inch (68 atm) for a hyena.
American Alligator
Saltwater crocodile
Snapping turtle
The elephant
Hyena
The crocodile although the Tasmanian Devil has the strongest in relation to body size. The hyena has the strongest jaw
Actually, the Great White Shark is incorrect. The biggest Shark bite by a great white was 669.2 pounds of pressure, and that was a ten foot great white.. The BULL SHARK has the strongest bite of any shark, as the average bite of a 10ft long Bull Shark is 989 pounds of pressure... Pays to watch NatGeo sometimes. :)
I was watching national geographic , the other day and it showed on tv that crocodile has the strongest bite .
I think the spotted hyena is the one with a stronger jaw and bite they range with the shark.
The Great White Shark has the strongest bite of any animal on earth, and their bites are believed to be even stronger than prehistoric creatures, such as the T-Rex. The Tasmanian Devil has the strongest bite to its weight ratio of any animal.
G'day Guest,
Thank you for your question.
It is the great white shark of current animals. T-Rex and Dunkleosteus (an ancient fish) had the strongest bite of prehistoric animals.
