Rat cells and Elephant cells are generally the same size, depending on what type of cells you are talking about. The reason an elephant is so much larger than a rat is because an elephant has many more cells than a rat.

No the cells of an elephant and a rat are of the same size because all the cells are of thew same size .It is only that a rat has less number of cells while an elephant has more number of cells.

Maybe yes,  as it depends on mitochondria,  as it supplies the energy as required....

Yes a elephant cell Is larger in size than a rat cell because elephant need more energy which will come from mitochondria there for it's mitochondria is bigger so relatively elephant cell is bigger

A cell is a microscopic organism that are composed to make larger systems.. I believe they are the same size.. But I could be wrong... But if logic prevails no they are the same size.
