I don't know, I'm wondering the same thing about my nose. I was in a bike wreck. I did a face plant in my yard, and it nearly tore my nose off. There's a rip on the inside of the nostril, and my glasses carved a chunk clean out of the bridge of my nose. Thats what I'm worried about not healing, considering it took off all the skin and I can see the cartilage... Where is your cut?
