NO!!!! A dogs ears cannot be cropped after 14 weeks, they wont stand otherwise, the ear has already learned to fall and it cannot be made to stand after that 14 weeks.

Yes he can just make sure they are taped while healing,my vet used tampon tubes and taped the ears around the tube to allow them to heal standing and not droop they turned out beautiful...good luck
