Are you concerned for the fish, or for the ducks? The ducks may eat smaller fish, but larger fish and eels can nibble on ducklings feet injuring them.
I would say that it's ok. There are millions of ponds all over the world, inhabited by fish, and having ducks and other bird-life living on the water.
