Maybe you should take it to the vet it may have pink-eye.

My hamster had this before. You should really take her to the vet. I mean like really really badly. I didn't take mine to the vet and it died!
My cousin hamster have this too but he didn't bring it to the vet he said that it is because of fighting with another hamster and the hamster got blind cause he can't aford the money den he separate the blind hamster with the others but the hamster were still living heathy but it is better to bring your hamster to a vet wish you good luck and your hamster:)

Thats what happened to mine! After a fight with her sister, one of her eyes has gone red.
My 2 hamsters both hav pair of red eyes, like the whole eye pupil and stuff, and its pretty normal, lived 4 almost a year now.
