They can take around 6 to 8 weeks to hatch. They need warm weather for hatching. If you want to check if they have hatched as yet or not, follow these steps:
1: Put that egg sack in a paper bag and seal the bag's opening tightly.
2: Put the paper bag in sunlight
3: Open the bag on regular basis
4: If you see some tiny praying mantis in the bag, take them to your garden and place them there.

Two to three weeks
I have a egg case of my own and I read the directions and it said to wait about six weeks but don't worry. My egg case will hatch very soon. Can't wait!
