Possibly a baby giraffe, but cheetahs lack the strenght of other big cats and would never mess with an adult giraffe, or even with a baby protected by its mother. (Giraffes can deliver powerful kicks with their plate-sized hooves and easily injure a large predator).

The worst enemy of T-Rex was another T-Rex. There is fossil evidence that these animals killed each other and even ate each other once in a while. Other than that, only Deinosuchus (a gigantic alligator) could be considered as an important enemy of T-Rex.
