Yes, there are several cases where komodo dragons attack and eat humans.They could digest bones,hair and skin.

They might ingest several pieces of clothing during the eating process and I think these clothings could pass through the digestive system normally but I'm not sure....

As long as the two litters are of the  same breed and the breed are sociable/not territorial, theres a high chance they can get along.

Glass cages are fine for hamsters. As long as there's enough space for them to move around.

If you want to use wood shavings, make sure that its aspen wood since other types are dangerous for your hamster.

Shredded paper(without ink) is fine but you should change them more often than wood shavings.

I would think that you would need a permanent residency. I know you can just go and buy a guinea pig from the local pretty store, but if you wanted to adopt from the RSPCA, you might need proof of residency.  You'd have to look into it more.
