No. There is no turtle on earth that can breathe water. They are air-breathing creatures. They have lungs, not gills. Their bodies can deliver oxygen to their cells and these can store larger quantities of it than other animals. Most sea turtles can remain underwater for minutes at a time when being active or several hours while at rest.
