Microchip your pet before it goes missing. And update the information as needed. I just updated both my dogs' info recently since we moved. I also have my mother listed as a secondary contact, should my husband and I not be able to be reached due to an accident or natural disaster. 

Really.... You just answered the same question that Anonymous posted, you had all kinds of advice on how to recover a Lost Pet, you also added pet expert at the end of your name. Here's a thought, sprinkle a bunch of spam under your Bridge Troll and maybe your lost at will get a whiff of the crap you're trying to dish out and come running home.

heartbreaking. Where did you lose it? Try asking people in your neighbourhood
and put some posters up. You can even offer a reward. You can also post ads on
Facebook as well. This will ensure that you reach a lot of people.
