It depends what it looks like. If I had another pet, I might name it after a character (preferably a more obscure or minor character) for a book, tv program or film.

If it has a certain personality, maybe you could name it something to do with that.

I'm not a fan of generic names like 'Lucky' or 'Fluffy'. I personally would try to think of something a bit different.

What does she look like? How does she act? I name pets based on personality or appeances. Or you can just blindly open a dicionary up and and point and see where you land.
