Cheap and horse are not related, before you get a horse you need a place to stable them food to feed them riding tack (saddle reigns and bridle ect), then the horse, even a cheap one will most likely run around $600-5000, that's not counting champions, that can run millions.
Why would a person be "urgent" to get a horse? I could understand urgent to get a car for work and such, but a horse?
