No, they primarily live int he trees, and usually only go to the ground to mate, and on occasion will make a foam nest on leaves, but the largest majority of their lives are spent in the trees. Hope this helps.

No...they just like to swim in it...the mostly ive in trees thats why their called tree frogs...um.. They do love to swim and they have to keep moist or they'll drie out and die...

They live in trees, but can swim well (mine do) Mine come down to eat if the food doesn't come up to them, but they spend most of their time in their tree, and occasionally sit on the leaves of their plant submerging most of their body in the water.
