Bestiality is the practice of sex between humans and animals and is a sin against God, humans and animals. Bestiality is also known as zoophilia. Leviticus 18:23 NIV - Do not have sexual relations with an animal and defile yourself with it. A woman must not present herself to an animal to have sexual relations with it; that is a perversion.

"Bestiality", is defined as a sexual act between a human and an animal. If you are meaning to drink milk directly from the cow, this could be viewed as such an act, depends on your definition and if you derive sexual pleasure from it.
