Well, symptoms are:

she may become grouchy, and if you stick you hand in her cage she wont like and she might makes a grunting sound, or she may not You could try breeding her and if she doesn't care if he breeds her she probably not pregnant.

after about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks you can hold her neck, put you hand under her ribcage and push a little if she is hard and you feel like marbles/balls then those are babies.
How old are they? She wont like him if she is pregnant.

Will if she starts putting on weight and taking her hair off her stomach she is building a nest so she is ready for babies anyday keep count on the day it happened but you got to help her don't touch the babies until there 4 days old or she might reject them.

Is the doe at least 3 months old?  Has she been with a buck in the last month?  With rabbits, the mating act is what induces ovulation in the female, so any mating opportunity means likely ovulation and possible pregnancy.

Symptoms of pregnancy include:

Changes in behaviour and personality (for better or worse).

Pulling at the hair on the belly to make a nest.  Not all pregnant does do this, though, and many do it even when they aren't pregnant.  It's most diagnostic if a doe is pulling hair about 30 days after she's been with a male, and she's not otherwise previously been known to pull the hair out.

Nest building (this starts to happen about 29-32 days after mating, and 1-3 days before the birth).  Again, not all does make a nest.  If they don't, it tends to suggest they are stressed and unprepared.  If too stressed, the doe may turn into a rotten mother -- cannibalising or ignoring her young.  Have you read the guidelines on how to hand-rear the baby newborn bunnies?  Read all about it.

You should help your bunny out by doing good things for her.You should by your bunny healthy foods not timothy pelts but like sunflower seed in it so that your bunny can stay healthy and do not push down on her stomach because that can hurt your bunny but first make sure that the male is a male or your bunny might be over weight and that can clog all of her fat up so if the male and female do have babies then the female could be to fat to get them out

It is very difficult to tell the signs of pregnancy in rabbits because they are prey species and it is natural to hide it from predators. The signs like enlarge belly, nipples, carrying grass in mouth for nesting can be due to pregnancy but it can also be false signs of pregnancy. The pregnancy can be checked by vet or experienced person by checking the bely and feeling the babies after 2 weeks of pregnancy. So if your rabbit is behaving like pregnant then take her to vet.

I think both of my rabbits are doe's, but one of them keeps trying to be sexually active with the other one. Is this normal for some doe's?

Just act like you usualy would do but be a little more gentle, you rabbit will be fine and in 28-35 days you may see little babies if not then it is a false prenancy. (make sure she has plenty of water, food and a nestingt box)

I read somewhere that does have an 8 hour ovulating cycle? And she will release an egg when she scents a male and she won't become pregnant if mated before 8 hours as the egg won't have fully released or something like that? Is it true or does she just release the egg when she scents him and she becomes pregnant instantly?

Maybe you should NOT breed rabbits unnecessarily? Rabbits are one of the most overpopulated animals in the world because of people like you. Sorry to be rude I'm just so sick of people buying a male and female rabbit then mating them for the fun of it or just being plain ignorant and letting them live together not taking into consideration they will have heaps of babies. You should only allow your rabbit to have babies if you are an experienced rabbit owner or breeder, or if you intend to show.
