As with any large wild animal, if you provoke them, yes. An adult giraffe's rear legs are its main defense; a kick can shatter a full grown lion's skull. If one of these kicks connected with a human body, it would more than likely cause death.
Giraffes of course are not predators though, they wouldn't stalk or hunt you in the wild, although an adult male may feel threatened if a human trespassed on his territory.
