No. Goldfish should only eat their good quality flake or pellet food. They can eat other things though like peas warmed up in the microwave (pinch them and take the skins off before feeding them to the fish and let the peas cool off a bit first!) The bread will also pollute/cloud the water + you don't know what harmful things could be in the bread that will harm the fish. But, the gold fish will eat bread crumbs, but I wouldn't recommend it, as the fish can live for a long time, even with just the pellet and flakes food.
