You should not be worried about dry nose of your puppy because it has nothing to do with the health of the dogs. Dogs can be healthy with a dry nose and ill even with a cold nose. You should look for the signs of illness in your puppy and dry or wet nose is neither a sign of illness nor health.
Signs of illness in dogs are lethargy, loss of appetite, weight loss, weakness, walking problems, vomiting, reduced activities, excessive and sudden drooling and excessive panting without any physical activity and heat conditions. If your puppy shows any of the above mentioned signs regardless of dry or wet nose then take her to vet for diagnosis and treatment.
