Yes you can, or I'd prefer to give pedialyte that is used for babies when they are dehydrated, doesn't have all the sugar.

If your dog has diarrhea and is not eating you need to see a vet as soon as possible. If he is eating you can try imodium (pill form) large dog (60lbs) one pill. Smaller dogs try 1/2 pill. Do not use Pepto Bismol. You can also try bland diet of chicken & rice or plain baked potato. Gatorade contains salt so I would give him very little.You could give him chicken broth w/ water to get him to drink if he won't.
Give your dog pedialyte with a little chicken broth in it so it wont dehydrate and take it to the vet
