You should just leave her be for a couple of days. After 1-3 days, you can touch the babies. But not for very long. When you are holding the babies, then hold the mother at the sam time. It will make them feel more secure. Feed the mum plenty of veggies and in a couple of days, you might see the babies having a nibble on some. But the mum has to have lots of food to make sure that she makes enough milk for them.

My guinea pig gave birth to 3 babies

P.S. Make sure to separate any male babies at the age of 3-5 weeks

Hi no worries you can touch babies just after birth but very gently and separate male father as he can hurt babies and make mother pregnant again. Babies start eating food n mother milk just after birth. My female has given birth to babies 3 times in 2yrs

Nothing she will sort it out herself baby guineas can eat solid food at three days old but keep them with the mother for a few weeks try not to disturb her too much at this point and I wouldnt clean her cage yet until the babies are older and active don't seperate them yet  guinea pig babies will need to be seperated at some point though or their will be even more guinea pigs!

My 2 guinea pigs gave birth. I'll tell you what to do. Socialize the babies by holding them after a few days. And have friends or family come to play with them. GIVE YOUR GUINEA PIG MORE FOOD SO SHE CAN FEED THE BABIES. Clean the cage more often. Offer more water. Give them away or sell them when they're old enough to leave their mother.

Well I know that the mum will sort it out her self, but don't let they dad in with mum until at least a month although a bit longer would be better because the mum could get pregnent again and it would be too much for the mum because she just gave birth anyway
