WOW you have your hands full!! You can get milk from your vet and he'll have nipples too. It's not very expensive, Or try a regular baby bottle with infant formula. A trick I did, I was feeding 5 "mutt" puppies, and I mixed baby cereal in with the formula to help fill them up!! Don't mix it as thick as you would for a baby. Then I started them on moist food at about 3-4 weeks, as soon as they could eat!! Then you can get some sleep!!
