Don't feel up to equality today, and my neighbor's beloved little Pomeranian Snuffy has been diagnosed with a terminal illness...
So I will go with the cherry popsicles.
Oh you know I'm loving me some doggies! Popsicles are ok but doggies are fun and playful and loving!

National dog day---right up there for father's day, mother's day, and grandparents day---as a reminder of how important they can all be in our lives.
Cherry Popsicle day---the only flavor I like.
And national women's equality day. I know it specifically honors their right to vote, but I would never have married one who was not at least my equal---if not my superior.
And of course, we revel in our complementarity.
Why not national equality for dogs and celebrate with Popsicles day ?? Now that would be cause to celebrate !
