Not hardly.

I thought I knew how to do it, so I married her. It didn't work. SHE domesticated ME.

Nope. My husband has a friend who was a handler for a big cat rescue. You cannot tame or domesticate any large cat. You can somewhat train them, but you should never completely trust trust them.

Probably not.

There was some recent news suggesting that the playful "batting" a domestic house cat may subject you to is actually inspired by an atavistic impulse to kill you because you are legitimate prey.

Probably not. I read that with rare exceptions, tigers avoid man. The International Wildlife Encyclopedia says: “Tigers have a respect and fear for man which is difficult to explain. Even if harassed by curious humans or sportsmen a tiger will not normally react until its patience is well-nigh exhausted. Normally a man can walk in a tiger’s habitat without fear or hindrance.”—Vol. 18, p. 2416.
