In as much as anybody has a soul. Why not? In my opinion "soul" and "personality" are interchangeable and describe the same thing. On that basis my dog has more soul than a lot of the people I know. (She certainly has more personality.)

But if you're asking about the "immortal soul" bandied about by the religious community then, no, I doubt it.

If one believes "Consciousness" is the soul then of coarse.

Now, it doesn't continue after that spark that fires across the neurons goes out, but they do share this in common with us.

The Bible does not differentiate man from animal as regards being a “soul.” The same Hebrew and Greek words that are translated as “soul” in many Bibles, or as “creature” or “being” in others, are used for both man and animal. Please read for yourself what is stated at Numbers 31:28, Genesis 1:20-24 and Revelation 16:3, where these original-language terms are found. Thus, far from being a spirit within the body of creatures, human or animal, “soul” designates the entire creature. It includes the body and the spirit of life. (Eccl. 3:21; 12:7) Therefore animals are souls too, and have the same life force from God as does humans.

Meh, what evidence do we have, both scientifically and spiritually, that animals have souls? If animals have souls, where does that stop?

Insects? Bacteria?
