Wolves hide when they are scared...if they are cornered and scared, they will fight their way out!
What do wolves do when they are scared or sad?
Wolves are afraid of us even more than we are of them ! If they're scared or maybe sad, they will skulk off somewhere and hide. Sad ? I couldn't be sure that wolves really have that emotion strongly, they live by instinct alone.
They might howl.
