I would. Shaking is a sign of pain in a dog. Panting normally is a dogs method of cooling off, but I think in this case may mean something else. All dogs have gas - most of us just aren't around when it happens, so that may be normal. But a vet should look at dog. Make sure you have brand of dog food and if it is regular stuff he always eats. Vet will want to know that.
