Chicken eggs need to be kept at 108 degrees in order for the incubation to happen. They also need to be turned over every 2 hours so the embryo doesn't stick to one side of the egg there fore causing malformation. Eggs also need humidity in order for them to hatch. With out humidity, the eggs get dryed out and the nutrients are pulled out of the egg and there fore away from the chick.

The incubation period is 21 days, so be patient.
