It can be. Is it normal for her? Some dogs can sleep up to 18 hours a day. So the sleeping in itself is not usually abnormal unless it's not usual for her specifically. Is your pup eating, drinking and playing well with no diarrhea, vomiting, rear lameness or numbness (maybe dragging one or both back feet a little) or other signs that something might be wrong? If yes then it's probably okay but if you're still worried or see anything that's a warning sign or really different for her that might make you worry then I'd get a check up just in case.
