Why is my cat pooping all over the house, throwing up, and not eating?

Give him a pill of probiotic, make sure he drinks water, be very gentle and loving with him especially now as believe it or not that helps them recover, I am not a vet but it seems that he might have a stomach virus , just like we do sometimes, but keep asking and googling if you can't take him to the vet, also a warm infusion of mint or fennel seeds help, you have to use a dropper and force  him t to drink that way..GENTLY

If your cat is old, signs of body having problems. If your cat is old, it means your cat is in the beginning stages of starting to die. If your cat is young, your cat is sick and needs to see a vet. Either way, time for a vet.
