If your dog has received all appropriate vaccinations, his or her symptoms may indicate some abdominal blockage from ingesting a foreign object; the vomiting and shaking are signs of fluid loss (dehydration), fatigue, and gastrointestinal distress. It's very wise to seek out care from a certified veterinarian when your dog displays these symptoms. Although blockages are quite common, they can have serious, and even fatal, consequences if left untreated. Getting proper medical care for your canine friend is essential; the sooner, the better.

Often, X-rays will be required before a correct diagnosis can be made. Since dogs are also susceptible to airborne infections, food poisoning, and other illnesses, it's difficult to say for certain what is happening within the animal without an X-ray. This X-ray will show what is going in inside of your dog - it will help a veterinarian to give your beloved pet ideal treatment for his or her illness. In some cases, a vet will also be able to soothe your pet during the diagnosis phase. Since vets are certified, they have access to special medications that laymen simply can't get their hands on. Taking chances with your pet's health by letting things "run their course" can be a big mistake. Going to the vet's office and getting proper medical care can actually save your pet's life.

If your dog hasn't been vaccinated, they may be suffering from a serious illness, such as rabies. In this case, it's vital to seek out professional medical care immediately. However, if you know your dog has had his or her shots, it is probably suffering from gastrointestinal distress related to getting into the wrong foods or eating something that is wrong for them. Dogs have suffered terrible pain and vomiting by eating frogs or getting into medications meant for human beings. However, veterinarians are able to reverse the pain and suffering of these animals in most cases.

  1. Gastritis
  2. Excess gastric acidity
  3. Over eating
  4. Eating rapidly
  5. Exercise after taking meals
  6. Food allergies
  7. Changes in diet
  8. Eating of grass or garbage
  9. Gastrointestinal obstruction
  10. Intestinal parasites
  11. Intestinal and gastric tumors
  12. Liver disease
  13. kidney disease
  14. Adrenal gland disease
  15. Heat stroke
  16. Middle ear infections
Shaking can be due to pain, nervousness, ears infection, fleas and skin parasites.

In my opinion, take your dog to vet for this purpose.

Shaking and vomiting can be due to some illness. Shaking can be due to pain and discomfort. Pain can be due to muscular and skeletal problems, disc injury, traumatic injury, damage and inflammation of the tissues, exposure to heat and cold, and some diseases. Fleas and parasites can also cause shaking or shivering in dogs.

Vomiting and shaking can be the symptoms of Addison's disease. Intestinal obstruction and intestinal parasites can also cause both symptoms together. So, it will be better to take your puppy to vet for differential diagnosis and treatment.
