It is either a rash or flea bites which either one needs to be treated.
My Puppy Has Several Little Pink Bumps On Her Belly And A Few where she goes pee what are they?
On her belly they are nipples and where she pees I am not sure could be bug bites. Since she is a puppy they are starting to blossom. This is nothing to worry about just normal female dog stuff. :)
