You really should take your dog to a vet, for a proper examination .

It's certainly possible that something would go wrong with this litter. It's always possible.
If you read a book about being a good dog breeder you might read a page or two about when everything goes right but another 70 to 80 plus pages on what goes wrong. It's not as simple as it seems it might be.
An immature dog becoming pregnant is always is more risk and more possible complications short and long term and never considered a good thing. In the case of an accident, terminating the pregnancy is the usual reccomendation. Usually spay and termination is preferably.  The mismate shot and it's risks may be considered if soon enough and the dog was a candidate for a breeding program eventually. Her immaturity may have had something to do with it or there could have been other factors.
With the second did you ever do your confirmation at the vet through quick blood test or ultrasound? It was definitively false and no possibility of another complication with an actual pregnancy? No possibility of absorption? There were no pups at any time for a certainty? She never bred or any male could have never at any time had any access to her during her season?
Did you happen to do any STD testing? It is a common cause of miscarriage, absorption and complication. It can also lead to some serious health issues later down the road.
Just do your standard confirmation about 3 or 4 weeks in, if it's another false it's usually recommended she be spayed. If she is pregnant and you are continuing with it then just continue your monitoring and prenatal care.
If you continue and something goes wrong again then she should be spayed and I would probably do an STD test if you hadn't so something like that isn't found later after some other problem occurrs. There may be some sort of underlying issue such as hormones, endocrine/metabolic, STD or sometimes something like thyroid for a few. Spaying is usually a part of treatment for most things causing or contributing to reproductive problems or being contributed to or caused by something in the reproductive system. Have you ever known a human female that needed a hysterectomy for something like that?
There is more breeding, pregnancy and whelping basics information and detailed links for you in the links. Good Luck.
