I just removed a tumor in my boxers hear. It was a mast cell and highly infected with a lot of drainage. His left lymph node is swollen. Thats the ear we got it removed from. The tumor was cancerous. That is the only lymphnode on his body that is swollen. Could it be drom the previous infection and drainage... Or the cancer has spread... He eats fine and is %100 himself

Go to a vet asap say again goto a vet asap. Swollen lands about the size of a marble especially if it is bilateral can be indicative of lymphoma untreated death occurs within six to eight weeks. There are two kinds of lymphoma type a and b. Type be can be treated with inexpensive chemotherapy. Your dog will not experience any unpleasant side effects

Sounds like he may have lymphoma. Go see the vet and have his lymph nodes checked out. If it is lymphoma and he goes untreated, he'll only have 4-6 weeks to live.
