The white in the poop of reptiles and amphibians is urea. It is a form of urine.... Most of these animals excrete their waste out of one chamber. Not two like mammals. So since they only have one waste line then everything comes out together as one clump and since it has to work like this the urine part of that waste package is semi hard and white.
