Will Putting Your Hands Under A Blacklight Actually Show Germs?

No it wont. Some germs do not show up under a black light, you need an ATP meter to find the accurate readings.

No a blacklight won*t do that but it will show blood stains or certain food stains such a mustard even after you wash your hands.

You can not see all germs under backlight. But cleaning of hands with soap containing anti microbial medicine is recommended. Very powerful magnifying glass is required to see the germs. Also dirty hands provide medium for the growth of bacteria, as these are present in environment.
