why would it need tylenol? If its hurt than you shouldnt wait , get it to the vet asap! It could be injured a lot more than you think!!! Their bones are very small and fragile. I worked with a vet for a while and I saw too many chihuahuas badly hurt b/c the owner didnt think it was bad.
If anything is given for comfort until they see a dr. Give baby bayer aspirin 1/2 should be good.
