This is not a very hopeful indication. In fact such types of blisters show the presence of cancerous cells. If it will not be treated in time then these blisters will start spreading throughout its body. From how many days are these blisters on its paw? If this situation is there from more than a weak then take it to vet. He will most probably take few tests by taking sample of its skin cells to confirm if it is cancer or not. Try to keep the surroundings of your pet clean and do not try to use a medicines unless and until your vet prescribe something after a thorough check up
