My Dog Has A Lump On The Side Of His Snout Near The Eye, And Is Bleeding In The Mouth Unsure What This Could Be. Any Ideas?

It shows as if it is tumor which becoming worst in condition. There can Lipomas but they don't normally bleed but spread all over the body. You should consult a vet soon before it is too late. Make sure that there is no wound or insect sting, which is getting infection and bleeding. Once a tumor gets worst it is hard to control it.

Well this is infection on your dog skin and it is called as Dermoid Sinus and majority of dogs suffer from this infection. You should give your dog some anti-biotic and your dog will be ok. It is better to take your dog to vet.
