I think your dog will be ok since silica gel is considered harm less and is primarily used for absorbing moisture.But to be completely sure just get your dog checked from your vet.

I just spoke to the California Poison Control and they said if your dog--in my case my puppy--is not choking or coughing then there is nothing to worry about.
