It could be that she is pregnant but some dogs will have discharge and not be pregnant. If there is a chance that she is pregnant you might want to have her checked out by a vet if no chance don't worry about it. Unless the breast or breasts become hard and painful and the discharge is yellowish in color. You also might see a fever with mastitis. Then you definitely need to see the vet to start her on an antibiotic.
