Well first of all there may only be two reasons....a puppy has a small gastrophollac muscle in there stomach region and when they have a bloated stomach it tends to inflame...and it press a gas that upsets the puppy's stomach ...or second reason it ate something a dogs four region doesn't accept a dog can only hold two chemicals imbalanced more then that will make the puppy's stomach to shrink and the valves to close and always give your dog 1 small drop of honey in there water to sooth there insides
