You need to see a vet today and as soon as possible. That indicates a serious problem that needs treatment. Could be toxicity, pneumonia, or a heart problem to name a few.

it is ten oclock at night and my boston terrier cant breath she has had breathing problems in the past and I took her to the vet a week ago and he gave her 5 shots in the neck and some oxygen. It is happening again and I don't want her to suffer I don't know what to do. She is ten years old and means everything to me.
